Tania is a strategist with socially conscious business ideas that are carried out in a highly collaborative manner.  She seeks to weave together idealist visions with pragmatic, timely initiatives and principled actions. 

Tania is passionate about serving mission-driven organizations seeking to change the current business model,  use technology for good, incorporate diversity, equity, and social and environmental responsibility in order to forge a new path helping to expand consciousness to care deeply for humanity and the natural world.

At VividEarth, Tania is responsible for client engagement in the North American region, partnering with teams and leaders of client organizations who are in the early stages of their sustainability transformation journey and as a result they need to re-think and find the most authentic way to express their vision, purpose, and core values.  In addition, Tania works 1:1 with company and team leaders as a sustainability leader coach, helping them reflect and find their own personal values and beliefs to be able to authentically lead teams forward.  Tania partners with clients to help them develop the right strategic thinking and methods for better choice making, coupled with the right strategy activation tactics through stakeholder engagement. 

Tania brings over 18+ years’ experience building and scaling high performing global multi-function SaaS customer service and support organizations spanning across start-ups, non-profits, and corporate sectors. She holds a masters in Ecopsychology from Naropa University, a bachelors in business administration from the University of Washington, and is an Associate Integral and Nature Connected ICF Certified Coach.
