With over 20 years of experience, Patricia has built a well-established career in both social work and communications, working across public and private sectors. Her extensive experience spans from large corporations to small and medium-sized non-profits, making her a versatile leader in diverse organizational contexts. Patricia holds a Business Sustainability Diploma from the University of Cambridge, which complements her expertise in fostering socially responsible and sustainable business practices.
Early in her career, Patricia focused on international relations and inter-cultural communications, developing public diplomacy strategies that promoted the mission of grassroots social organizations internationally. Her work has involved successfully designing and implementing social transformation projects in partnership with multi-lateral development banks and state institutions, which included robust reporting requirements and the development of innovative impact measuring tools.
In addition to her project leadership, Patricia has provided technical assistance to a wide range of companies, helping them implement social responsibility programs through the development of planning tools, operational strategies, governance systems, and monitoring frameworks.
